As a certified food company (IFS, BRC, Halal, Kosher, etc.), Mydibel works with a sophisticated control system. Its strict testing team is the ultimate quality meter. The testing team performs essential lab analyses (physicochemical, microbiologic, sensorial, etc.) that provide valuable information about the quality of each product. Because the professionalism of our employees is a priority, they learn all about quality assurance during training sessions.
From cultivation and processing to transportation and commercialisation: Mydibel knows how to tackle things. For generations it has been our profession to provide you with tasty potato products. We select the best seed-potatoes and together with our farmers we follow the growth process until its time to harvest the potatoes.

The preservation of the environment is one of the values defended by Mydibel. In 2006, the first biogas engine for the production of green energy was installed in the Green Factory. The sewage sludge for agriculture cornes from the fermentation of the by-products of the potato transformation process. The fermentation releases 2 products: biogas and digestate. The biogas is recovered to be converted into energy while the digestate is centrifuged and limed for agricultural use. The product obtained is thus in solid form and spreadable with a man ure spreader. We add magnesian quicklime to hygienize, stabilize and improve the consistency (dry matter) of the product.
