Everyone loves fries, but they are eaten in diff erent ways around the globe. This time we look at Japanese cuisine. A favourite in Japan is the Mydibel 'Shoestring': thinly sliced and pre-fried fries are used in Japan as a ready-to-eat ingredient in traditional and modern dishes.
